Approval by CONSOB of the prospectus concerning the admission to trading of the ordinary shares of Technoprobe S.p.A. on Euronext Milan
Publication of the Prospectus related to the admission to listing of the ordinary shares of Technoprobe S.p.A. on Euronext Milan
Cernusco Lombardone (LC), April 26,2023 – Technoprobe S.p.A., a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and leader in the design and production of Probe Cards ("Company" or "Technoprobe"), hereby announces that, today, the Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa ("Consob"), has authorized, with provision on April 26, 2023, no. 0039375/23 of protocol, the publication of the registration document and, with provision on April 26, 2023, no. 0039374/23 of protocol, the publication of the securities note and of the summary note.
The registration document, the securities note and the summary note jointly constitutes the Prospectus (the "Prospectus") related to the admission to trading of the ordinary share of the Company on the regulated market Euronext Milan, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana ("Euronext Milan" and "Borsa Italiana").
The approval of the Prospectus by Consob follows the provision no. 8940 by which Borsa Italiana, on April 24, 2023, has ordered the admission to trading of the ordinary shares of the Company (ISIN IT0005482333) on Euronext Milan.
The Company announces that the Prospectus was filed today with Consob and published in the forms and within the terms of the law on the Company's website:
https://www.technoprobe.com/investors/investor-relations/ipo and it is available to the public at the registered office of the Company in Cernusco Lombardone (LC), Via Cavalieri di Vittorio Veneto no. 2.
It is to remind that, on April 24, 2023, the Company presented to Borsa Italiana the application for admission to trading of ordinary shares on Euronext Milan.
The start of trading on Euronext Milan of the ordinary shares of Technoprobe and the simultaneous delisting from trading on Euronext Growth Milan of the same shares will be established by Borsa Italiana with subsequent notice, subject to the verification of the sufficient diffusion of the financial instruments within the indicated limit of 20,80% as minimum free float.
