PRESS RELEASE CALENDAR OF CORPORATE EVENTS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2025

Cernusco Lombardone (LC), November 13, 2024 – The Board of Directors of Technoprobe S.p.A., a leading company in the design and production of probe cards (the "Company" or "Technoprobe") listed on Euronext Milan, approved today the calendar of corporate events for the financial year 2025.

Monday, 24 March 2025	Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the financial statements draft and the consolidated financial statements as at 31 December 2024 fully audited
Tuesday, 29 April 2025	Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the financial statements for the year ended on 31 December 2024 and presentation of the consolidated financial statements for the year ended on 31 December 2024
Tuesday, 13 May 2025	Board of Directors' meeting to review turnover data, EBITDA and net financial position figures as at March 31, 2025 (unaudited)
Thursday, 7 August 2025	Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the consolidated half year financial report as at June 30, 2025 subject to a limited audit
Wednesday, 12 November 2025	Board of Directors' meeting to review turnover data, EBITDA and net financial position figures as at September 30, 2025 (unaudited)

Following each Board of Directors' meeting to approve the financial statements, a press release will be published and a conference call with the financial community will be held; dates and timing will be duly announced as soon as they are scheduled.

Technoprobe will promptly publish any changes to the published dates.
