MERGER DEED BY INCORPORATION OF DIS TECH ITALIA S.R.L. IN TECHNOPROBE S.P.A. MADE AVAILABLE
Cernusco Lombardone (LC), January 2, 2025 – Technoprobe S.p.A., a leading company in the design and production of probe cards (the "Company" or "Technoprobe") listed on Euronext Milan, following the communication of October 10 and 11, 2024 and on December 24, 2024, announces that the merger deed by incorporation of the wholly owned subsidiary DIS Tech Italia S.r.l. ("DIS Tech Italia") into Technoprobe, concluded on December 24, 2024 and registered at the relevant Companies Register offices on December 30, 2024, is available to the public at the Company's registered office, on the Company's website (www.technoprobe.com) Governance/Other documents section and on the authorised storage mechanism "eMarket Storage" ().
The merger takes effect against third parties from the date of registration in the Companies Register, while the accounting and tax effects of the merger take effect on the 1st of January 2024.
