First day of trading on Euronext Milan of the ordinary shares of Technoprobe S.p.A.
Cernusco Lombardone (LC), May 2, 2023 – Technoprobe S.p.A., a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and leader in the design and production of Probe Cards ("Company" or "Technoprobe"), hereby announces that, today, trading of its ordinary shares on regulated market Euronext Milan ("Euronext Milan"), organized and managed by Borsa Italiana ("Borsa Italiana"), has started.
As from today, the ordinary shares of Technoprobe have been simultaneously delisted from the multilateral trading facility Euronext Growth Milan ("Euronext Growth Milan") organized and managed by Borsa Italiana.
Today, the share capital of Technoprobe amounts to Euro 6,010,000 divided into no 601,000,000 of shares.
Stefano Felici, CEO of Technoprobe S.p.A., on the first day of listing, stated: "The listing on the Euronext Growth Milan market, finalized on February 15, 2022, represented a growth opportunity for Technoprobe which sees the transition to the Euronext Milan market as the finalization of a collective effort in terms of governance and communication transparency. This step provides further visibility in the financial markets, guaranteeing the necessary support for the expansion of the Group".
