Change in leadership of Technology Division: Joseph Parks appointed as Chief Technology Officer, a transition marked by continuity and innovation.

Cernusco Lombardone (LC), January 14, 2025 – Technoprobe S.p.A. (EXM:TPRO), leader in the design and production of Probe Cards (the "Company" or "Technoprobe"), today announces the appointment of Joseph Parks as Chief Technology Officer, following the resignation of Fabio Morgana, who is leaving to pursue new professional opportunities.

The resignation will take effect as of April 1st, 2025; until that date, Fabio Morgana will continue to hold his current duties to ensure a smooth transition.

Joseph Parks, Senior Vice President Technology Ambassador of Technoprobe, brings extensive experience in the semiconductor space and a deep understanding of the reference market. The strategic decision to maintain internal leadership, ensures full continuity in ongoing projects while introducing a new vision for managing research and development activities.

With a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering and nearly 30 years at Intel, Joseph Parks has held significant and strategic positions throughout his career. As Vice President of Technology Development and Director of Intel's Oregon Assembly Test Development Factory, he contributed to developing cutting-edge technologies in testing and Advanced Packaging, including enhanced test thermal solutions related to Singulated Die Testing, which are particularly significant in the Artificial Intelligence segment.
