Sale notice for sale of immovable properties

E-Auction Sale Notice for sale of immovable asset(s) under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 read with proviso to Rule 8(6) and Rule 9(1) of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002.

Natice is hereby given to the public in general and in particular to the Borrower(s) and Guarantor(s) that the below described immovable property(ies) mortgaged/ charged to Assets Care & Reconstruction Enterprise Ltd. [CIN: U65993DL2002PLC115769] ("Secured Creditor"), the physical possession of which has been taken by the Authorised Officer of the Secured Creditor, will be sold on "as is where is", "as is what is", "whatever there is" and "without any recourse" basis on 30.06.2021 from 02.00 P.M. to 04.00 P.M. (with unlimited automated extensions of 5 minutes each in terms of the Tender Document), for recovery of Rs. 1,04,16,821/- (Rupees One Crore Four Lakh Sixteen Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty One only) towards Loan Account No. L0020XvVI [earlier being Loan Account No. HHLBAG00316972 ("old Loan Account")] by way of outstanding principal, arrears (including accrued late charges) and interest till 10.06.2021 with applicable future interest in terms of the Loan Agreement and other related loan document(s) w.e.f. 11.06.2021 along with legal expenses and other charges due to the Secured Creditor from L. $. LAXMINARAYANA @ LAXMINARAYANA L. S., THARUN TRADERS (THROUGH ITS PROPRIETOR) and KUSUMA.

The old Loan Account along with its underlying security(ies), including the immovable property(ies), had been assigned to and in favour of the Secured Creditor, acting in its capacity as Trustee of ACRE-102-Trust, vide Assignment Agreement dated 26.04.2021.

The Reserve Price of the immovable Property will be Rs. 60,75,000/- (Rupees Sixty Lakh Seventy Five Thousand only) and the Earnest Money Deposit ("EMD") will be Rs. 6,07,500/- (Rupees Six Lakh Seven Thousand Five Hundred only) i.e. equivalent to 10% of the Reserve Price. The EMD shall be paid by DD/ RTGS/ NEFT or through any other proper banking channels in favour of and to the credit ACRE-102-TRUST, Account No. 0901102000038988 with IDBI Bank Limited (IFSC: IBKL0000901), having its branch at IFCl TOWER, 61, NEHRU PLACE P.B. ಇಂದು ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ ಮಗು ಬೋರ್ವೆಲ್ಗ್ ಬಿದ್ದಿದ್ದು,ಮಗುವಿನ ಚಲನ ವಲನ ಗಮನಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಭರದಿಂದ ಸಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ನೈಬೋರಾ ಮೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಯ ಎಸ್ಎಚ್ಒ ಸೂರಜ್ ಪ್ರಸಾದ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಚೋಟೆಲಾಲ್ ಎಂಬುವರು ಬೋರ್ವೆಲ್ ಕೊರೆಸಿದ್ದು ತೆರೆದ ಗುಂಡಿಗೆ ಅವರ ಮಗುವೆ ಆಡವಾಡುತಿದ್ದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿದ್ದಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರತ್ಯಕರರ್ಶಿಗಳು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ತೆರೆದ ಗುಂಡಿಗೆ ನಾವು ಹಗ್ಗ ಬಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದು ಮಗು ಹಗ್ಗ ಹಿಡಿದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು ನಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಿಸುತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ರಕಣಾ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಪರವಾನಿಗೆ ರದ್ದು ಮಾಡದ್ದೇವೆ. ಒಟು 4.24 ಕೋಟಿ ಮೌಲ್ಯದ ಕಳಪೆ ಬೀಜ ಹಾಗೂ ಕೀಟನಾಶಕವನು ನಮ್ಮ ಜಾಗೃತ ದಳದಿಂದ ಸೀಸ್ ಮಾಡಿದೇವೆ ಎಂದರು.

ನ್ನಾನೋ ಯೂರಿಯಾ ಹದಿನಾರು ಸಾವಿರ ಬಾಟಲ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯಕೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಒಂದು ಬಾಟಲ್ ಒಂದು ಚೀಲ ಗೊಬ್ಬರಕ್ಕೆ ಸಮ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಫಸಲ್ ಬಿಮಾ ಯೋಜನೆ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಶೇಕಡಾ 85 ರಷ್ಟು ಆಧಾರ್ ಲಿಂಕ್ ಮಾಡಿದೇವೆ ಶೇಕಡ 15 ರಷು ಆಕೌಂಟ್ ಮೂಲಕ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತಿದೆ.

ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಮುಂಗಾರು ಬಿತ್ತನೆ ಪ್ತಾರಂಭವಾಗಿದೆ. ಗೊಬ್ಬರ ಹಾಗೂ ಬಿಜ ವಿತರಣೆ ಆಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. 2 35 865 ಬಿಜಗಳ ಕಿಟ್ ಅನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಬಹು ಬೆಳೆಗಳ ಕಿಟ್ ಇದಾಗಿದೆ. ಕೇಂದ, ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಉಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಈ ಕಿಟ್ ವಿತರಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದೆ.ದಿದಳ ಧಾನ, ಬೆಳೆಯಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಪ್ರೋತ್ತಾಹ ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಕೃಷಿಕರ ಆದಾಯ ಹೆಚಳವಾಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

The Equity Shareholders of TD Power Systems Limited (the Company) are hereby informed that in accordance with the provisions of Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 ('Act') read with Rule 6 of the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 ('the Rules'), the shares on which dividend is unclaimed for seven consecutive years shall be transferred to the IEPF in the manner prescribed under the Rules.

The Company has also sent a letter at the latest available address to the shareholder reminding him/her to claim/encash the dividends. However, in the absence of any claim received by the Company or it'sRegistrars & Share Transfer Agents (Link Intime India Private Limited) on or before September 17, 2021,the unpaid dividen compliance of the applicable Rules.

The details of the shareholder and shares held by him/her (as on June 11, 2021) which will be transferred to IEPF if the unclaimed dividends are not claimed on or before September 17, 2021, are available on the website of the Company viz, www.tdps.co.in. It may be noted that, post transfer to IEPF, all benefitsaccruing on such shares, shall also be transferred to IEPF in compliance of the Rules.

The shareholder at any time after the transfer is effected can claim such dividend, shares and benefits accrued thereon from IEPF authority, after following the procedure laid down in the Rules.
