Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, we wish to inform you that Mr. Swapnil Kaushik, Director-Business Development, shall superannuate from the services of the Company with effect from May 31, 2026 and consequently cease to be a Senior Management Personnel of the Company under the SEBI Listing Regulations.
