With reference to the above subject, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. February 8, 2023 took note of the cessation of services of Mr. N Srivatsa (owing to superannuation) as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer with effect from the close of business hours of February 17, 2023.
Based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr. Bharat Rajwani as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company effective from February 18, 2023.
