Tasty announces that, following admission earlier today of the 6,365,172 ordinary shares of £0.10 each ('Ordinary Shares') in connection with the placing announced on 7 November 2016 (the 'Placing'), the following dealings by Directors in the Company's Ordinary Shares have now completed at the placing price of £1.45 pence per Ordinary Share.
