Director/PDMR Shareholding
Bow Street Group (AIM: BOW), the owner and operator of "Wildwood" and "dim t" restaurants, announces that on 17 April 2026, David Page, Executive Chairman, purchased 2,862,608 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") via his ISA at a price of 0.349p per share.
On the same day, Nicholas Wong, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 2,880,000 Ordinary Shares via his ISA at a price of 0.345p per share.
Following these purchases each of the above directors holds the following total beneficial interests in the Company's issued share capital:
