Tasty plc today announces the appointment of Timothy Cundy as the Company's Finance Director with immediate effect.

Timothy qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2008 and has since held a number of finance positions at various companies. Tim has been the Head of Finance of Tasty since September 2013.

Regulatory Disclosures

Timothy Cundy, aged 33, was previously a director of Peggy's Tea Company Limited. There are no other details regarding the appointment of Timothy Cundy that require disclosure under the AIM Rules.
