Tasty (AIM: TAST), the owner and operator of restaurants in the casual dining sector, announces that the notice of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held at 1 West Common, Gerrards Cross, SL9 7QN on 14 May 2021 at 11:00 a.m. has been posted to shareholders. Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, the AGM will be held as a 'Closed Meeting' with the Company facilitating the minimum necessary quorum of two director Shareholders and all other Shareholders unable to attend. Proxy voting is therefore encouraged.
