The Company is pleased to announce that all the resolutions proposed at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 12th June 2013 were duly approved by shareholders.

The Company can also confirm that its annual report and accounts for the 52 weeks ended 30 December 2012 have been posted to shareholders. A copy has also been uploaded to the Company's website at www.dimt.co.uk in accordance with AIM Rule 26.
