CONSOLIDATION OF CAPITAL

Advance Energy Ltd (“The Company”) can confirm that the 1:60 consolidation of capital, approved by shareholders on 11 June, has been completed and holding statements will be despatched to all shareholders today. The new issued capital for the Company’s fully paid ordinary shares is 22,372,513.

With the completion of the consolidation of capital process the Company can now confirm that the change of share registry to Automic Registry Services will now take effect on Monday 30 June 2014.
