Date of 2026 Annual General Meeting
1 April 2026
Talius Group Limited (Talius or the Company ) (ASX: TAL) advises that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the Annual General Meeting in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2025 will be held at 10:00am (Brisbane time) on Thursday, 28 May 2026. The details of the venue (unless otherwise advised) will be at the office of BDO, Level 18, 360 Queen Street, Brisbane.
Further information about the Annual General Meeting including accessing the Notice of Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum will be released to shareholders in April 2026. The Notice of Meeting will also be available on the ASX Company Announcements Platform and Talius Group’s website (https://www.talius.com.au/asx-announcements/).
The Company further advises that nominations for the office of Director will be taken by the Company before 5:00pm on Friday, 10 April 2026. Nominations for the election of Director must be lodged at the registered office of the Company by that date.
