ASX ANNOUCEMENT CONSOLIDATION UPDATE

The Board of Antilles Oil and Gas NL (ASX:AVD) advises that at the General Meeting of the Company held on 12[th] August 2014, shareholders approved the consolidation of the Company’s securities on a 1:80 basis.

The Timetable for the consolidation of the Company’s securities, which was included in the Notice of Meeting, is set out below. The Company’s shares will trade under ASX code AVDDC during the consolidation process until close of market on 20[th] August 2014. The Company’s shares will resume trading under ASX code AVD on 21[st] August 2014.
