DECEMBER 2016 QUARTER

Block 105, onshore Peru

Antilles Oil and Gas NL’s (“The Company” or “AVD”) key acreage Block 105 is located in the Titicaca Basin in Southern Peru. The Company continues to work to progress the proposed well to be drilled on the block and working to obtain regulatory approvals.

Other Projects/Opportunities

The Company is proactively working to identify and review other new projects or asset acquisition opportunities, both within the resources sector and other sectors outside resources. As at the date of this report, no commercial discussions are at a stage that would warrant any disclosure.
