MARCH 2016 QUARTER

Antilles Oil and Gas NL (“Antilles”, ASX: AVD) is pleased to provide an update on developments for the Company.

Block 105, onshore Peru

During the quarter, the Company continued discussion with farm-in partner Union Oil & Gas Group Ltd with regards to progressing the proposed well to be drilled on the block and working to obtain government approvals.

Bid in Barbados

The Company was informed during the quarter that its bid with partner Polarcus DMCC (Polarcus) for an acreage position in offshore Barbados, Caribbean was unsuccessful. The joint venture was granted qualification status for a period of five years from August 2015, and the joint venture is authorised to participate in future licensing campaigns in the area.

Martin County Interests

The sale of leases held in Martin County, Texas USA did not go ahead as planned due to further due diligence revealing the likelihood that the leases have previous been dealt to other parties in 2009.

Corporate

During the quarter, the Company’s board composition was changed. Mr David Ormerod, Dr Jack Hamilton and Mr Gary Grubitz resigned from the Company and Mr David Wheeler and Mr Ranko Matic were appointed as non-executive directors on 12 February 2016.

The Company also raised some much needed working capital with two share issues on 4 March and 1 April raising $218,010 in total. Shareholders approved the balance of a $2 million capital raising at a general meeting held on 12 April 2016.
