Expiry/Lapse of Unlisted Performance Rights

HSC Technology Group Ltd (ASX: HSC) (“ HSC ”, or “ Company ”) advises that as a consequence of her retirement 6,000,000 Unlisted Performance Rights issued to Shannon Robinson have lapsed without vesting in accordance with the terms and conditions on which they were issued.
