Advance Energy Limited – Quoted Convertible Notes

REMOVAL FROM OFFICIAL QUOTATION - AVDG

The Quoted Convertible Notes (the “Quoted Convertible Notes”) of Advance Energy Limited (the “Company”) will be removed from official quotation from the close of trading on Monday, 21 July 2014, following their conversion into fully paid ordinary shares.

The Company’s fully paid ordinary shares (ASX Code: AVD) are not affected by this removal.
