HSC Technology Group signs national reseller agreement with Tunstall Healthcare

• National reseller agreement for initial three year term

• Includes HSC TALIUS and HSC Care product lines

• Tunstall Healthcare single largest provider of PERs Medical Alarms in Australia

HSC Technology Group Ltd (ASX: HSC) is pleased to announce it has signed an initial three year national reseller contract with Tunstall Healthcare for its TALIUS Platform and HSC Care product lines.

The agreement will see the TALIUS platform and products made accessible to all Tunstall Healthcare clients, being primarily aged care providers in retirement living and home/community care in Australia.

Tunstall Healthcare is a world-leading provider of Connected Care and Connected Health solutions. Operating in over 50 countries, their Connected Healthcare solutions play a key role in helping older people, and those with long-term health needs, to live safely and independently in their own homes or when in care.

Tunstall Healthcare has over 60 years of global experience, and offers a truly end-to-end solution, encompassing design and development, consultancy and service support, deployment and training, and triage and monitoring services.

TALIUS Platform provides a unified communication engine for managing data inflows from a variety of digital sources for carers to assist in decision making processes. It enables the aggregating of data, alerts and measurements from an aged care resident living independently in their home or supervised in a care environment. Users of the platform can develop their own rules for when to receive information from the data pool through alerts and notifications to their smart device or desktop

HSC Care is an enhanced Telecare services platform providing an aging-in-place product suite that offers a seamless health monitoring experience allowing independence for seniors and peace of mind for their loved ones. It utilises artificial intelligence, powered by CSIRO, that gets to know your average routine in about four weeks from installation and provides valuable insights to carers or loved ones via the smart application including advanced fall detection and voiceactivated alerts, enabling ageing at home with independence, dignity and peace of mind, yet connected to family and professional care if needed.

Commercial terms of the partnership include the supply of and the provision of some staging services for Essence Care@home PERs (Personal Emergency Response Systems) in the retirement living sector, independent living and community care sectors. There are no material conditions that need to be satisfied to the performance of the agreement.

The initial term of the agreement is three years and contains an option at the election of HSC to extend the term for a further two years.

As there are no minimum order commitments stipulated by the agreement it is not possible to quantify the value of the agreement over its life.
