ANTILLES COMPLETES DUE DILIGENCE ON HOMESTAY ACQUISITION

Antilles Oil and Gas NL ( Antilles or the Company ) is pleased to advise that it has completed its due diligence investigations in satisfaction of the condition precedent under its agreement to acquire 100% of the issued capital of HomeStay Care Pty Ltd (ACN 612 594 475) and its subsidiary companies ( HomeStay ) ( Acquisition ), as announced by the Company on 10 May 2018.

As previously advised, the Company is in the process of preparing a detailed announcement in relation to the Acquisition with a view to the suspension currently in place being lifted.
