Clarification of Ex Date for Convertible Note Interest Payment (AVDG)

Reference is made to the Company’s announcement of 23 December 2013. In this announcement the ex date for the interest payment to AVDG holders was stated to be 27 December 2013. The Company now wishes to amend and clarify this date to 24 December 2013.
