Asset Marketing Update

PLS Inc has provided the following update on the asset divestment process:

• PLS sent out emails to 2,700 contacts on 24th September 2010

• This week, PLS sent out targeted emails for the Martin County package to 1,400 contacts including known Permian operators, groups interested in Martin County and operators that have previously looked at deals in Martin County and the surrounding area

• It also sent out 1,100 targeted emails to parties that have previously shown interest in North Texas packages and who currently have interests in the are

Interest to date is reflected by the following numbers of Confidentiality Agreements either executed by or in hand with potential buyers
