Rights Issue Entitlement Uptake and Shortfall

The Company confirms that it has received entitlement applications for 114,660,244 options out of a maximum 202,931,768 leaving a shortfall of 88,271,524 options – an uptake of 56.5%.

The Company has received applications for part of the shortfall and will advise the market as it shortfall is issued.
