APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Antilles Oil and Gas NL (ASX: AVD) (“AVD” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that Ms Melanie Ross will join AVD as Company Secretary effective immediately.

Ms Ross is an accounting and corporate governance professional with over 18 years’ experience in financial accounting and analysis, audit, business and corporate advisory services in public practice, commerce and state government. She has a Bachelor of Commerce and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand.

Ms Ross has been a consultant to the Company for a number of years and has also acted as Assistant Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer for various ASX listed companies, as well as filling senior financial roles in the private and public sector. She is currently a Director of a corporate advisory company based in Perth that provides corporate and other advisory services to public listed companies.

Mr Ranko Matic has stepped down as Company Secretary but will remain as a Non-Executive Director of the Company.
