APPOINTMENT/RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARIES-NEW REGISTERED OFFICE

Advance Energy Ltd (“The Company”) announces the appointment of Mr Ranko Matic as Company Secretary. Mr Matic is also a current director of the Company. In addition and with immediate effect the Company’s new registered office is Level 1, 12 Kings Park Road, West Perth, WA 6005 (Tel: 08-92264500 Fax: 08-92264300).

The Company also wishes to announce the resignations of Messrs Roland Berzins and David Ballantyne as Joint Company Secretaries.
