The Company has received notification from ASIC that it has consented to the resignation of the Company’s auditor Somes Cooke. The proposed incoming auditor is Greenwich & Co Audit Pty Ltd. The reason for the change is due to Somes Cooke merging with other accounting firms and therefore changing its name.
