Date of 2024 Annual General Meeting
3 April 2024
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Talius Group Limited (ASX:TAL) advises that its Annual General Meeting in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2023 will be held at 10:30am (Brisbane time) on Thursday, 23 May 2024.
The details of the venue unless otherwise advised will be:

Further information about the Annual General Meeting including accessing the Notice of Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum will be released to shareholders in mid-April 2024.

The Company further advises that nominations for the office of Director will be taken by the Company before 5.00pm on Tuesday, 9 April 2024. Nominations for the election of director must be lodged at the registered office of the Company by that date.
