Date of 2023 Annual General Meeting

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 , HSC Technology Group Ltd (ASX:HSC) advises that its Annual General Meeting in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2022 will be held at 10:30am (Brisbane time) on Thursday, 25 May 2023.

The details of the venue unless otherwise advised will be:

Further information about the Annual General Meeting including accessing the Notice of Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum will be released to shareholders in mid-April 2023 .

The Notice of Meeting will also be available on the ASX Company Announcements Platform and HSC Technology Group’s website at: www.hsctg.com.au

The Company further advises that nominations for the office of Director will be taken by the Company before 5.00pm on Friday, 7 April 2023. Nominations for the election of director must be lodged at the registered office of the Company by that date.
