In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 , HSC Technology Group Ltd (ASX:HSC) advises that its Annual General Meeting in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2021 will be held at 10:00am (Brisbane time) on Thursday, 19 May 2022.

Further information about the Annual General Meeting including accessing the Notice of Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum will be released to shareholders in mid-April 2022.

The Company further advises that nominations for the office of Director will be taken by the Company before 5.00pm on Monday, 4 April 2022. Nominations for the election of director must be lodged at the registered office of the Company by that date.
