Confirmation of Location 2021 Annual General Meeting

HSC Technology Group Ltd (ASX:HSC) wishes to advise of a correction to the address of the physical location of the Company’s Annual General Meeting ( AGM ). The Notice of Meeting and Letter to Shareholders ( Meeting Documents ) announced to the market 19 April 2021 includes details of the physical location of the AGM.
The Company wishes to confirm that the location of the AGM is as follows:
RSM Australia Pty Ltd Oracle Tower, Ground Floor, 340 Adelaide Street, Brisbane QLD 4000
The Meeting Documents incorrectly record that the address of RSM Australia Pty Ltd is 340 Queen Street, Brisbane Qld 4000 whereas its location is 340 Adelaide Street, Brisbane Qld 4000. In all other respects the Meeting Documents remain unchanged.
Shareholders wishing to physically attend the meeting are reminded that in order to assist the Company in complying with health and safety guidelines and social distancing requirements, any Shareholder must register their intention to attend with the Company Secretary by no later than 10.00am AEST (Brisbane Time) on Monday 17 May 2021 by emailing him at [email protected].
