informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Talanx Aktiengesellschaft, Hannover, Germany, have
fallen below the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 15, 2015 and on
that day amounted to 4.94% (this corresponds to 12,493,442 Voting Rights).
