informed us according to section 21 para. 1 WpHG that on October 4, 2012,
due to the acquisition of shares to which voting rights are attached, its
share in the voting rights of Talanx Aktiengesellschaft, Riethorst 2, 30659
Hannover, Germany, has exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5% and amounted to
6.56% (16,393,442 voting rights).
