M/s Doogar & Associates has been appointed as Statutory Auditor of the Company in place of retiring Auditor B S D & Co., who has expressed their unwillingness to continue as Statutory Auditor of the Company, for the period of 5 years from the conclusion of 44th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 49th AGM of the Company. Disclosure of information pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with circular No. CIR/CFD/ CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 is attached as Annexure-A.

2. M/s DMK Associates, Company Secretary in practice appointed as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the FY 2023-24. Disclosure of information pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with circular No. CIR/CFD/ CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 is attached as Annexure-B
