As informed earlier, the Trading Window, as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's code for Prevention of Insider Trading, is closed from 1st April, 2026 and would re-open after 48 hours from the date of announcement / declaration of audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter ended 31st March, 2026, i.e. on 24th May, 2026.
