SYS-DAT S.P.A.: EXERCISE OF THE GREENSHOE OPTION

Milan, July 9, 2024 - SYS-DAT S.p.A., a company listed on Euronext Milan, STAR segment (SYS.MI), ("SYS-DAT" or the "Company"), successful Italian operator in the ICT sector that offers innovative IT services and solutions for the main industrial segments and services market, having received notice from Intermonte SIM S.p.A. ("Intermonte"), operator in charge of the stabilization activity in the context of the Company's IPO (the "Offering"), communicates that the 987.000 shares related to the overallotment option have been floated entirely and, consequently, Intermonte has exercised in its entirety the greenshoe option granted by the Company, exercising the subscription right of 987.000 shares at the IPO price (Euro 3,40 per share). With the greenshoe option exercise, the stabilization period ends effective immediately.

The settlement of the shares issued to service the greenshoe option will occur on 10 July 2024.

Including the greenshoe option exercise, the Offering involved a total of 10.857.920 shares, resulting in a free float of around 35.1% of the share capital of the Company, with a total value of around Euro 37 million at the Offering price.

Furthermore, based on information shared by and on behalf of Intermonte, global coordinator and stabilization manager, the Company communicates that during the stabilization period, from the start of trading of SYS-DAT shares on 2 July 2024 to today, no stabilization operation was carried out.
