SYS-DAT GROUP: NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF THE DOCUMENTATION ON THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING

Milan, 24 March 2026 - SYS-DAT S.p.A., a company listed on Euronext Milan, STAR segment ("SYS-DAT" or the "Company") (SYS.MI), a leading Italian ICT company that develops and provides innovative software solutions for key industrial sectors and the services market, informs that today, with respect to the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of SYS-DAT S.p.A. called for 22 April 2026, at 11:00 a.m., in a single call, the following documents have been made available to the public on the website www.sys-datgroup.com in the "Governance/Shareholders' meeting/Year 2026" section:

• The annual financial report including the consolidated financial statements as at 31 December 2025, the draft separate financial statements as at 31 December 2025, the Management report on operations and the certifications pursuant to art. 154-bis, paragraph 5 of Legislative Decree 58/1998, as well as the reports of the independent auditors and the board of statutory auditors on the separate financial statements as at 31 December 2025.
• The Report on Corporate Governance and ownership structure for the year 2025 prepared pursuant to art. 123-bis of Legislative Decree 58/1998.
• The Report on the remuneration policy and compensation paid prepared pursuant to art. 123-ter of Legislative Decree 58/1998.
• The report of the board of statutory auditors to the shareholders' meeting pursuant to art. 153 of Legislative Decree 58/1998 and art. 2419 of the Italian Civil Code.

Furthermore, it is announced that the financial statements and/or summary statements, as the case may be, of SYS-DAT's subsidiary and associated companies, pursuant to art. 2429, paragraphs 3 and 4, of the Italian Civil Code, will be made available to the public in the manner and within the terms provided for by current legislation.
