SYS-DAT GROUP: NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF THE DOCUMENTATION ON THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING
Milan, 25 March 2025 - SYS-DAT S.p.A., a company listed on Euronext Milan, STAR segment ("SYS-DAT" or the "Company") (SYS.MI), a successful Italian operator in the ICT sector that offers innovative IT services and solutions for the main industrial segments and services market, informs that the following documents, referring to the ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of SYS-DAT S.p.A. called on April 16, 2025, have been made available to the public today on the website www.sys-datgroup.com in the "Governance/Shareholders' meeting/Year 2025" section:
- The annual financial report, including the consolidated financial statements as of December 31, 2024, the draft of the financial statements as of December 31, 2024, the management report, and the certifications pursuant to Article 154-bis, paragraph 5 of Legislative Decree 58/1998, as well as the reports from the auditing firm and the report of the board of statutory auditors to the shareholders' meeting pursuant to Article 153 of Legislative Decree 58/1998 and Article 2419 of the Italian Civil Code;
- The Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structures for the 2024 financial year prepared in accordance with Article 123-bis of Legislative Decree 58/1998;
- The Report on the remuneration policy and the compensation paid, prepared in accordance with Article 123-ter of Legislative Decree 58/1998.
It is also announced that the financial statements and/or summary schedules, as applicable, of the subsidiaries and associated companies of SYS-DAT, pursuant to Article 2429, paragraphs 3 and 4 of the Italian Civil Code, will be made available to the public in the manner and within the timeframes provided by current regulations.
