ERRATA CORRIGE – NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF THE DOCUMENTATION ON THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING
Milan, 18 March 2025 - SYS-DAT S.p.A., a company listed on Euronext Milan, STAR segment ("SYS-DAT" or the "Company") (SYS.MI), a successful Italian operator in the ICT sector that offers innovative IT services and solutions for the main industrial segments and services market, announces that the explanatory reports on the items on the agenda of the Board of Directors to the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of 16 April 2025, published on 14 March 2025, contains a clerical error on the numbering of paragraphs of the proposed resolution relating to the fifth item on the agenda, which has been amended from numbers to letters with roman numerals in subparagraphs.
In order to amend the aforementioned error, a corrected version of the explanatory reports of the Board of Directors to the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting on the items on the agenda has been published.
The aforementioned document is available at the Company's registered office, on the website www.sys-datgroup.com in the "Governance/Shareholders' meeting/Year 2025" section and at the authorized storage mechanism "EMARKET STORAGE", available at .
