SYS-DAT GROUP: NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF THE DOCUMENTATION ON THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING

Milan, 14 March 2025 - SYS-DAT S.p.A., a company listed on Euronext Milan, STAR segment ("SYS-DAT" or the "Company") (SYS.MI), a successful Italian operator in the ICT sector that offers innovative IT services and solutions for the main industrial segments and services market, announces the publication today, pursuant to art. 125-bis, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree no. 58 of 24 February 1998, in the newspaper "Italia Oggi" of the extract of the notice of call relating to the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of SYS-DAT S.p.A., called for 16 April 2025, at 08:30 a.m., in a single call.

The Company also informs that the following documents have been made available to the public on the website www.sys-datgroup.com in the "Governance/Shareholders' meeting/Year 2025" section:

• the full text of the notice of call for the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of SYS-DAT S.p.A.;
• the explanatory reports of the Board of Directors to the Shareholders' Meeting on the items on the agenda, with the corresponding proposed resolutions;
• the proxy forms pursuant to art. 135-undecies and 135-novies of Legislative Decree no. 58 of 24 February 1998.

The aforementioned documentation is also available at the Company's registered office and at the authorized storage mechanism "EMARKET STORAGE", available at . The additional documentation relating to the Shareholders' Meeting, required by applicable laws and regulations, will be made available to the public within the terms and as per the laws and regulations in force.
