BARCA CAPITAL PARTNERS LLC, GENERAL PARTNER OF BARCA GLOBAL MASTER FUND LP, DISCLOSED THAT THEIR FUND EXCEEDED THE 5% THRESHOLD OF SYS-DAT S.P.A. SHARE CAPITAL
THE QUALITY OF THE SYS-DAT FLOAT IMPROVES AND STRENGTHENS FURTHER
Milan, 31 January 2025 - SYS-DAT S.p.A., a company listed on Euronext Milan, STAR segment ("SYS-DAT" or the "Company") (SYS.MI), a successful Italian operator in the ICT sector that offers innovative IT services and solutions for the main industrial segments and services market, announces that it received from Barca Capital Partners LLC, American general partner of Barca Global Master Fund LP, a communication of relevant shareholding according to art. 120 of D. Lgs. n. 58/1998 and art. 117 of issuer's regulation adopted by CONSOB resolution n. 11971/1999, informing the Company that the threshold of 5% SYS-DAT's share capital had been exceeded. The communication was transmitted by Barca Capital Partners LLC, on behalf of Barca Global Master Fund LP, to CONSOB according to the terms and methods established by current laws and regulations.
