SHARE CAPITAL OF SYS-DAT S.P.A.
ALKEMIA CAPITAL PARTNERS SGR S.P.A. ON BEHALF OF THE PIPE FUND EXCEEDS THE 5% THRESHOLD OF THE SHARE CAPITAL OF SYS-DAT S.P.A.
Milan, July 8, 2024 - SYS-DAT S.p.A., a company listed on Euronext Milan, STAR segment (SYS.MI), ("SYS-DAT" or the "Company"), successful Italian operator in the ICT sector that offers innovative IT services and solutions for the main industrial segments and services market, communicates, pursuant to article 85-bis of the Issuers Regulations adopted by CONSOB with resolution number 11971/99, the composition of its share capital (fully subscribed and paid up), following the execution of (i) the share capital increase resolved by the Extraordinary Meeting of the Company on 21 March 2024, to service the IPO on Euronext Milan, STAR segment and (ii) the share capital increase resolved by the Extraordinary Meeting of the Company on 21 March 2024 to service the exercise of warrants issued by the Company on 29 June 2021.

Furthermore, SYS-DAT announces that it has received from Alkemia Capital Partners SGR S.p.A. the communication of relevant participation as of Article 120 of Legislative Decree 59/1998 and article 117 of the Issuers Regulations adopted by CONSOB with resolution number 11971/99, with which the latter informed the Company of having crossed the 5% shareholding threshold. Alkemia Capital Partners SGR S.p.A. sent contextual communication to CONSOB following current Italian rules and regulations.
