CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Reference is made to the announcement of Synertone Communication Corporation (the ‘‘Company’’) dated 8 November 2012 in relation to the List of Directors and their Role and Function (the ‘‘Announcement’’).

The board of directors (the ‘‘Board’’) of the Company wishes to clarify that due to an inadvertent clerical error, Mr. Mao Zhigang was wrongly included under the list of independent non-executive Directors in the English version of the Announcement (the ‘‘List’’). Instead of Mr. Mao Zhigang, Mr. Wu Xiaowen should be included under the List.

For the avoidance of doubt, as of the date of the Announcement, the independent nonexecutive Directors of the Company are Mr. Lam Ying Hung, Andy, Mr. Hu Yunlin and Mr. Wu Xiaowen.

Save for the above amendments, all other information contained in the Announcement remains unchanged.
