RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Director(s)") of Synertone Communication Corporation (the "Company") announces that Ms. Woodham Mostovaya Ekaterina ("Ms. Woodham") has tendered her resignation as the non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 31 May 2026 due to her personal commitment on other business engagements (the "Resignation").

Ms. Woodham has confirmed that she has no disagreement with the Board and that there is no matter relating to the Resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The Board would like to express its gratitude to Ms. Woodham for her valuable contribution to the Company during her tenure of office.
