BBU Enterprises (P) Ltd (CIN: U51909WB2022PTC254100), wish to inform you that we have acquired 2,52,861 (Two Lakh Fifty Two Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty One Only) number of equity shares each respectively, aggregating to 5,05,722 (Five Lakh Five Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty Two Only) number of equity shares of the Target Company, i.e., M/s. Switching Technologies Gunther Ltd, pursuant to the shares tendered by the public shareholders under the open offer made in terms of the Regulation 3(1) and the Regulation 4 of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
