Guenther America Inc, wish to inform you that we have sold 9,22,000 (Nine Lakh Twenty-Two Thousand Only) number of equity shares of the Target Company, i.e., M/s. Switching Technologies Gunther Ltd, as on June 1, 2026, pursuant to the Share Purchase Agreement dated January 24, 2026.

In this regard, we hereby submit the disclosure as required under the Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, in relation to the selling of equity shares of the aforesaid company.
