Previously announced transaction now completed

SCA's divestment of its Asian packaging operation was completed today. The buyer is International Paper and the purchase price amounts to USD 200m in cash.

The finalising of the transaction follows approval by the relevant competition authorities. The transaction will not result in any capital gain or loss.
