BSN medical's sales and EBITDA for 2016

As SCA communicated in December 2016, the Group has entered into an agreement to acquire BSN medical, a leading medical solutions company. Closing is expected to take place during the second quarter 2017. BSN medical's sales for 2016 amounted to EUR 850m (SEK 8,038m) and adjusted EBITDA1) for 2016 amounted to EUR 210m (SEK 1,986m).
