Superior Plus Announces Updated Investor Presentation
Superior Plus Corp. (“Superior”) announced today an updated investor presentation has been posted on Superior’s website. The updated presentation is being released ahead of investor meetings on June 12, 15 and 16, 2020. The presentation does not contain any new, material information on Superior’s operations, and provides a summary of the US$260 million (approximately C$350 million) equity investment (the “Brookfield Investment”) by Brookfield Asset Management Inc. (“Brookfield”) in Superior through the purchase of newly created perpetual exchangeable Series 1 Preferred Stock (the “Preferred Stock”) of a U.S. subsidiary of Superior (the “Superior Subsidiary”) on a private placement basis.
Additional information regarding the Brookfield Investment and the terms of the Preferred Stock are included in a material change report filed by Superior on www.sedar.com.
